RetainerOS is sold by Munimen. Written to be read rather than to be survived, and if anything here is unclear, email me before you buy and I will answer it.
A single download containing two things:
There is no account, no subscription, and no server. Nothing you type into the Console is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go. That also means your work lives in one browser on one computer, and the Console tells you so and gives you a backup button.
Immediate. The download link is emailed to you the moment payment clears, and it also appears on the confirmation page. Nothing is posted and there is nothing to wait for.
If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check the spam folder first, then email me. I would much rather send you the file myself than have you sitting there wondering.
If the kit is not what you expected, email munimen.help@outlook.com within fourteen days of buying and I will refund you in full. You do not have to explain, justify, or return anything, and I will not try to talk you out of it.
I would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you cannot use. A refund costs me the price of the kit. A dissatisfied buyer costs me more than that.
Two honest notes on this. Because the files are yours the instant you download them, a refund is a decision I am making rather than an obligation the law places on me in every country. And if you buy the kit, use the contracts with a client, and then ask for the money back, I will say no. That is the only case where I will.
If something is wrong, a message to munimen.help@outlook.com gets it fixed or refunded the same day. Opening a PayPal dispute instead takes weeks, and it is handled by people who have never seen the product.
I am one person and I answer my own email. There is no support queue to get lost in.
In short: it is one licence for one freelancer or one business. Use it with your clients as much as you want. Do not become a second shop selling it.
When a clause is sharpened or a document is added, everyone who has bought the kit gets the new version at no cost. If you find a situation the documents do not cover, tell me. That is usually how the next update starts.
These are templates and educational materials. Buying them does not create a lawyer and client relationship, and I am not your lawyer.
Contract law differs by country and, in some places, by state or province. A clause that is standard in one jurisdiction can be unenforceable in another. For a high-value engagement, a regulated sector, or anything you are relying on heavily, have the documents reviewed by a qualified lawyer where you and your client actually are.
What this kit saves you is the blank page. Walking into a lawyer's office with a complete draft costs a fraction of asking them to write one from nothing.
No warranty is given as to suitability, enforceability, or fitness for any particular purpose, and to the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid for the kit.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and collected by the payment platform. Your receipt from PayPal is your proof of purchase, and for most freelancers this kit is a deductible business expense. That is a matter for your own accountant, not for me.
I receive your email address and the fact that you bought, because that is how the download reaches you and how updates reach you later. Nothing else. The Console itself collects nothing at all: it makes no network request of any kind, which you can confirm yourself by opening your browser's network tab while using it.
I do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone. If you want it deleted, ask and it is gone.
